Why we use the Enneagram
Our unique approach to the Enneagram blends developmental theory and the science of complexity to create some surprising impact in organizational settings, with helping professionals and in coaching settings.
Dignity-Driven Enneagram
The combination of its impact on self-awareness and relational effectiveness makes the Enneagram a key tool for leadership development. Leaders and teams that learn and integrate core Enneagram principles raise their E.Q., which results in more effective communication, collaboration, and innovation.
What is the Enneagram?
Combining wisdom and modern psychology, the Enneagram provides a map of our automatic or habituated patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving. Understanding the map of our own core - reactive - type results in greater self-awareness and provides insights that can lead to personal growth and transformation. The Enneagram also helps us understand and have greater compassion for others, and provides insight into how to relate more effectively.
25 years practicing with the Enneagram.
Enneagram is the most profound tool for personal transformation and Dignity driven practice with people. Jeff was introduced to the Enneagram in 1997 and has been studying and practicing with it since. In 2013 he began teaching and coaching with the Enneagram in organizational settings. For over a decade we’ve introduced the Enneagram to dozens of organizations and coached hundreds of leaders.
When wisely applied, the Enneagram becomes integral to the cultural fabric of organizations and key to the positive cultural shifts that organizations experience.
No one can be reduced to a type or a number
Our intention in applying the Enneagram isn’t to pigeonhole anyone. Rather, our core value is to use the Enneagram as a map - or a set of trail markers - to help us all become more creative, more free to be our authentic, contributing selves. When applied with wisdom and care, the Enneagram allows us to become more flexible and creative, rather than stuck in habitual patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving.
