Deliberate Relational Engagement

Everything starts and ends in relationship. You cannot create real change in isolation. Organizations have long spent time building strategic plans that focus on transactional doing. Until we make the move to listen deeply and be accountable the way we make decisions we cannot make the move to transformational relating. Cultivating a curious mind and building trust with people is the foundation for making meaning and change together. Relationships foster an authentic connection that becomes the foundation for future effectiveness.

Catalyzing Culture

In order to create and innovate, we first need to catalyze new patterns, rituals and rhythms of thinking and acting together. Collective Sensemaking

Complexity is a strategic opportunity to create new knowledge and cultivate a more inclusive understanding that transcends individual perspective. No one leader has the answer for the complexity we face. Sensemaking is about creating space for listening, reflection and the exploration of meaning beyond the usual boundaries, allowing different framings, stories and viewpoints to be shared and collectively explored.

Collaborative Action Learning

When people are committed with a shared purpose, are relationally aware and have the freedom to be curious and creative, there is a deeper sense of ownership, accountability and desire to drive change. We work to  reconcile people through safe spaces that promote connection and conversation. Action learning is about cultivating mindsets and skill sets for experimental iterative approaches that allow us to evolve through a  process of continued learning, and innovation that maximizes a systems’ capacity to learn and adapt.
